    90% compulsory takeover level almost there. This 'merger' is a very smart move by Senex.
    Not only do we get considerable scale economics but we get further opportunities to source the Cooper.

    But to me the jewel of the purchase will be the 38-60TCF of Shale gas sitting under STU's permits. Am watching BPT/ADE closely as well.
