Looks like TEG made up most of the volume on 24, 25 and 26 July, dropping the price from the closing of 12.5c on 23 July. That also makes sense given the VWAP of about 10.5c they realised for the sale.

Seemed odd to me that the price was dropping for any rational reason, the company is producing and selling gas and earning income (although how much remains to be seen) and had picked up a significant government grant to produce gas into a diminishing east coast market, 30km from the current east coast pipeline. I've placed a buy order at 6c - if TEG are still desperate I'm buying. I can't make any sense of a market cap of 25 million for this company, way oversold.
