I've emailed twice for information from the company before I increase my very small holding.
Nothing exciting, just basic stuff, but really disappointed not to even get a reply.
Info on the Epassi deal (they didn't respond either) and mailing lists etc
Once is meh, twice is a bit poor tbh.
Roger was one, the other to the generic 'contact' email.
Anyone got a contact in Australia?
