Have DOC paid to be part of Epassi?
Do Epassi have to guarantee a certain number of Consults per annum to get the 10% discount?
Have Epassi bought a block of consults to get the discount?
If Epassi bought 10,000 consults to get the 10% discount bonus to attract more members - that's great.
If DOC had to pay, say £500,000 to join the Eppassi 'stable' then not so good.
The announcement is missing any detail - and Epassi do not have a UK contact email that I can see.
Only in Sweden or Finland - which I will try and report back (maybe)
