Very interesting. COG have finally given up on CAF AND WAG have taken a big chunk. This from their company information:

(2) AWAG also intends to participate in the rationalisation of the Australian financial services and wealth management sectors through corporate activism.
So WAG is headed by Michael Fitzpatrick (10%) and Lee Lafrate (24.7%). Remember Diverger?
The CAF line up now looks like the following: AWAG 15% Sage 16% Currently Comsec are reflecting TIGA and Thorney (consider then as one entity) holding 22% and 26% respectively.
