If you look at the timing of the purchases, the last purchase was 9 months ago, 20th August 2024. Just the one sale of 120,000 1st May 2025.
This change in substantial holding notice is more to do with the cancellation of shares from the buyback increasing their % holding as opposed to trading action.
As a side note, I don't think those nil consideration trades are labelled correctly as 'market purchase', not too familiar with this form but surely it is either a 'transfer' in nature, or it's a market purchase with a price.
