Imo Homeground would be sold off before another large cap raise. Having offer(s) on the table for Homeground is like having a non-dilutive contingency plan to support cashflow which, if the turnaround happens like what seems to be happening, will be great for shareholders who hold, like me and LaptopGTR as they will ultimately retain the asset / be in a position where it can create more value either through a non-distressed sale or simply value in use.
