    Yes taking the shareholding to 19.99% would suggest a corporate transaction, possibly a takeover offer or a private equity deal.

    I read yesterday that Bruce Gordon is seeking a sat on the Nine Entertainment board, so it hardly seems appropriate to keep an investment in a Channel 7 affiliate.

    A few interesting weeks ahead.
