Regardless of Thorney, end of the day he's taking too much cash out of the business... By way of payroll and dividend when more attractive capital allocation options are available. It's a greedy set up in my eyes.
This guy has been around here 15 or so years, and has made so much money. As growth runways don't seem obvious, so much cash comes in, I am not sure what is left to keep him motivated...?
