    The way I see it, Teoh is sending a strong signal to Spencely to cool his jets. Teoh is effectively saying, if you offer shares, we'll match your bid with shares/cash OR cash, making our proposal superior.

    One company has free cash flow of $200+ million, the other ~$20 million. Who's going to win the financing battle? Seems pretty simple to me. There's no takeover, but if Vocus insist TPG will outbid them.
