PussnBoots, I hold TRY not AZH so maybe I am a bit bias but I can't think of any compelling reasons for AZH S/H not to accept.
Directors of AZH have accepted in relation to their holding and have recommended their share holders accept, I don't think they have made that decision lightly.
Plenty of compelling reason for AZH S/H to accept IMO
