Don't the brothers own 60% of MAQ... I thought the key to a takeover would be to treat them well?
IF VOC owns 16%, that really doesn't leave much free float.
I am interested to find out what price a takeover, if any occurs at. I would have thought a creeping takeover by management would have been more likely.
An interesting game to watch from the sidelines...
