Hi Tinwins. I was going to buy a few weeks ago after spp was announced. Due to procrastination & being away I missed the opportunity & the dividend. I had an order to to buy at 1.945 but that was purged by comsec when it went ex-div. I picked some up for 1.96 after the big SP drop, on the April 21st. I've bought them as long-term hold. I looked closer at WAA/WAX, as you suggested, I felt WAA would complement WAM & my other LICs. I hold a chunk of my SF in CTN so didnt want to add more small-ords (WAX) & the returns were similar to WAM. Thanks for your input. Will keep my eye on ALF as well. Cheers.
