AFR Rear Window 11th Oct 2018 has an article : Geoff Wilson is once more turning his sights on Aurora Funds Management's Hastings High Yield Fund , he's seeking a shareholder meeting to hold a vote to liquidate the whole thing and return the capital to shareholders. Wilson will have to convince almost all non-aligned shareholders to get his way. Farooq Khan's Keybridge Capital owns 30.9 per cent of the fund, while Aurora owns another 15.5 per cent. Wilson is sitting on 29.9 per cent.
