Only 1.5% holding. I see there's some history with KBC and Wilson. KBC may have given Wilson the boot for whatever reason; another victim of KBC.
Whether KBC are corporate raiders or whether they are acting in shareholders interests I'm not sure, but KBC seem the only ones to have some punch about them and effect change in Yowie. If they takeover Yowie (above my buy price) then good luck to them.
