They IMO have control and no need to take out minority holders . They can use cash elsewhere rather than pay out trapped minorities.

The direct Wilson holding now no longer serves the 2 purposes it was taken up for. When you see a pro exit at just above 4c there they can not see value there or can see value elsewhere? Has exposure via other holding anyway. Please note timing of sale also alighns with court hearing dates so possibly position is no longer required to allow easy monioring or positions is my guess. Long history on why WAM has interest in KBC etc.
