I think they would take it over. Retain all future profits for themselves. Additionally they'll face scrutiny and bad PR as a listed company if they don't distribute profits properly where possible to shareholders.
When I say given the boot I just mean in a social sense; there may be tensions between Bolton and co. and Geoff. Good I say. No previous director or anyone with a decent stake has done anything good for Yowie. Absolutely nothing. Let Bolton and co run it, the only team with impetus.
As for Geoff selling who cares, Bolton bought some at 4c, and we have good price action today. Fundamentals haven't changed. I know WAM gets a good mention on HC oftentimes but meh, I checked their returns and they get the index. Not significant at all.
