Very strategic of WAM to increase to just above the 10% level. I a TO situation. if the predator own more than 90% of shares... they have the right to compulsory acquire the remainder. Otherwise those eg WAM with 10.23% remain shareholders. This often results in a situation where those remaining negoiate a significantly higher price as new owners often want them gone. 10.23% is not a fluke imo.
