Same situation as CVF except i feel this has a bigger market so it will get pushed down to the 17-23 range. I don't see why you would pay more than 20c.
Could be a matter of traders seeing it down 70% pushing it up with volume making it a trading stock for the day. Its getting delisted tomorrow so you gotta be brave buying in now and staring at a 50% loss in two months...
