WGR need 80% of targeted shares and they can do their compulsory acquisition, b/c 20% currently shareholding + 75% of 80% of targeted shares =80% of total shares.
so theyre 58% of the way there.
i'm waiting till the pressy on monday to decide what to do with my shares.
