I have gone back through the Anns and collated the selling of shares by WIG.

My questions is did WIG buy there share in the prospectus.
or were they part of the excisting share holders prior to the prospectus?

Capital Structure (From Prospectus)

on issue at date of Prospectus 16,200,000 (28.2%)
to be issued to the Nicolsons 675,000 (1.2%)
to be issued to Thundelarra 500,000 (0.9%)
Shares pursuant to this Offer 40,000,000 (69.7%)

Total Shares on issue 57,375,000 (100.0%)

I cant find any mention of WIG in the prospectus.

The only good thing is they are close to the 5% mark so wont have to disclose there holdings any more.

Any thoughts?
