I initially thought it was rebalance but then look at item no 3 in announcement has entry for on market sale for 02/06/2021... which to me looks like they sold some as well in addition to rebalance..!
if insto reduce holding in the stock in less than a year then it is bad look for the company... IMO.... !
I hope Blackrock were invested in this company as recently seen them doing good in getting rid off inefficient management (chairman or ceo) if company don't perform.. MMI is one example... !
