    Why announce it in dribs and drabs like that? 2 Change to substantial holder announcements in one day when they surely have more than that anyway? Does that help cover up the dodgeyness somehow or is it just supposed to have psychological affect? I guess if they just came out with one ann. saying they had 60%+ it wouldn't achieve the same effect?
