I think it was a given they had the 80% when they set out on this charade - I imagine they pretty much showed Norgard and Patterson how they had them in a tight fisted Chinese squirrel grip- hence Norgard and Patterson rolling so easily. I believe that they'll reach the 80% by the March deadline, so time to start giving serious consideration to the next opportunity. I'm one of the lucky ones who will make a reasonable amount of profit out of this fiasco, but so much less than I'd anticipated. Now, just need to find the next promising junior that has 0% Chinese investors or staff.
