Interesting thoughts dlight. I would think UIL would be able to stump up enough cash if needed to make a deal happen. I never thought Zeta would want to buy all of AOH as that has only been their playbook a few times - more a play for control. Mind you at some time UIL may want to roll a few of their controlled groups like GME into one diversified mining group and a share for share deal could be a possibility. I am certainly happy to see them lift their holding.
