Not in recent days, since Nov 2018. Read the notice.

I very much doubt they bought any on market since the CR was announced, as they appeared to commit to as many as they were permitted to under the 3% rule, via the CR. I don’t know when they are permitted to buy on market again, perhaps November?

If I were them I might avoid using my next 3% on on-market purchases, and just wait for the next CR upon which they will no doubt be able to get them at a discount to whatever the sp is then. Of course Zeta might not be counting on another CR.
