Those details are showing up now because their overall percentage ownership following their participation in the recent CR and also their participation in the March CR have now resulted in an overall cumulative increase in shareholding that crossed the 1% change threshold that triggers an updated F604 since the last disclosure which was made on 27 Nov 2018 (i.e. by moving from 32.27% ownership last Nov to 34.73% now). The increase in their overall percentage ownership attributable to the March CR was less than 1%, so no update was required at that time... until now.
