I agree with both Marie and ccdavid,

For those that haven't noticed yet Peter Sullivan is the Chairman of Zeta Resources.

He also sits as a Non-Executive Director for Panoramic Resources.

He has interest in seeing Panoramic Resources ramp up and realising production potential.

Zeta have no interest in exiting their position in PAN completely it was just a reshuffle of their holdings.

Looking forward to quarterly report and we should also see the Paydirt conference presentations become available over the next couple of days which will be great to see.
