this may be so but why would they seemingly load up the sell offer at the lower price in the order of 100k to 500k units within seconds of clearing buyers at the lower bid? i.e. clearing 17 cents buy bids then loading 17 cents with sell orders within ten seconds of the buy being depleted.

why would anyone want to sell at a lower price than a higher.? could it have something to do with their revenue taxes? I don't know.
