Around Chinese New Year is traditionally a time where the copper price flatlines as the economic activity slows down significantly. In the weeks after CNY we should get a better picture of the demand side but my gut feel is that it hasn’t disappeared as some doom sayers want us to believe. I am no Robert Friedland either who is just talking his book, but I do think we will see a big demand spike in Q2 and onwards.
Could time very well with our resource upgrade and the water study release. Maybe CE can hit the sweet spot
