    IMHO this is a very important buy signal, though it seems overlooked by the market.

    Jamie Boyton is a Chairman at Capital Drilling (www.capdrill.com), which have a long history of drilling for IXR/IDA.

    We now have them buying a significant chunk of shares, at the start of a new drilling campaign.

    I’m pretty sure they have a hunch on what can be found in that ground…
