Not really when you have been caught between the goolies when Ellison and Gina gets involved. They have really push the retailers out to the side hence MinRes picked up $21.7m worth of shares which the retailers didn’t pick up from the entitlement offer, this is exactly what MinRes wanted and got their wish! Ellison and Rinehart has history of screwing shareholders big time!
