i don’t think I phrased my question well initially - it was about whether or not the defendant can pay. Makes sense CSS have expensed the costs on the way through, and any negative ruling would mean worse case exposure would be roughly what they have spent already. But can skettering pay is my question?
Seen this story before when all of a sudden you find you have a healthy ruling against what remains is a shell....
