This is interesting..IMF participated in the equity raising., obviously "sophisticated "enough to be included! This is included in the 19% holding they have that is just below the threshold for announcing some formal takeover or intention raise their stake past 20%. The billion dollar question- is a takeover still on the table of the IMF boardroom and more importantly will I bank a substantial profit!
I'm betting on the fact that IMF and spent too much to walk away.
