Its tight mate that's for sure but there is no liquidity and this aint good for SP action..
These big fish are happy to keep the SP low till de risked while taking bigger positions on the raises...
Unfortunately its controlled and run for the best interest of Flannery and Tristar, we are just going along for the ride and hope they don't screw minor holders like ourselves once this project becomes economical.
