Seems odd.
1. Previous notice was Jan 2015. There was a 2.1m share purchase in Aug 2015 that wasn't reported then. Why not?
2. Net movement in this notice is ~50k shares, yet notice shows voting interest going from 9.08% to 7.87%. Implication is that they now don't have voting rights for some of the shares they own, but notice shows shares held 19,576,338 = votes 19,576,338. How come?
3. Two transactions are shown as "Tfr Out". Is that just a private sale?
