    re: Ann: Change in substantial holding in ESG... Seen all this before, the buying will be for the yes vote it is the way these guys work to get their plans across the line they dont make plans with big dollars at stake just to fall over at the last hurdle.
    The only reason a no vote would be buying is because there is someone else with plans for ESG and there is no indication anyone believes that ESG is worth the punt imo.
