re: Ann: Change in substantial holding in EXS... Nothing illegal about that Buddy. But the shareholders should not sell into undervalued deals. This would put upward pressure on the price and eventually it moves up when nothing is trading.
They are flushing out the inexperienced who capitulate and give up at 26c.
When the inexperienced are gone and if they still don't have their 90% they will review their offer again. If they get their 90% then they are happy and can scoop up the stronger hands without a fight.
If everyone holds (and they have nothing to lose for doing so) then SOL have no option but to increase the offer. They did it once and will do it again if enough people simply say no and wait....
