    re: Ann: Change in substantial holding in EXS... People talking about the control of the company are not understanding how Australian companies work. More than 50% on the Board does not give that holder any rights which would allow it to break any Australian Company laws which require it to not discriminate against all share holders or do the right thing by all share holders.

    SOL need all 90% for this to be worth their while. They will not want minority share holders (and particularly standed share holders who SOL need to report to and who can ensure SOL behave according to the law.

    SOL need the whole company to access the cash and do the things it wants to without concerning itself about breaking ASIC regulations and ticked off share holders.......

    Still looks like a buy here.
