re: Ann: Change in substantial holding - J.P.... frank thats true but they have thier fill from the Tranch 1 and im guessing tranche 2, generally one would dump other shares in the same quantity as they recieved , not purchase extra ones.

You know JP Morgan may fear a TO as well no matter how small the chance of it is , and they are raising thier stake simply to help hold one off. But i doubt that. I honestly think they have been pretty passive on this one and are simply using it as a good investment. They imo can still see the growth on offer.

And thier 15 year old consultant on $400K per year just returned from holidays to find hes got a $10M to allocate in his portfoli. So he texted his girlfiend, got advice on facebook and flipped a coin to decide AUT was once again the way to go.
