A lot has happened over the past 12 months, some good some bad. Like you, I'm all in and waiting for some reason to hold my investment longer term. Otherwise for me, 50 cents breaks en is looking like a good time to exit.

I have a question though, with a signed off take agreement with Plv and the expectation of new capital supposedly flowing to Plv from timeone, where is the penalty against timeone for these delays? Seems to me that funds should be ready to go, any delay cos Plv and mgt credibility.

It seems to me that given the double delay, Plv should be entitled to some compensation, should they not ? Well at least a the rate of interest for the several months they will be out of pocket.

Anyway, JPM leaving the register isn't the end of PLV, it just hurts the SP for a short time.

I hope this mess is sorted soon, mining first quarter of 2013, I don't think so a this rate.
