re: Ann: Change in substantial holding-J.P. M... Yes. JP Morgan is consistently selling 2 million shares each day. The next notice will be a "no longer a substantial holder" as they go below the 5% mark.

This has clearly stifled any rise in the SP on the back of good news but does mean that once they have off loaded all they want, the SP will have the handbrake off. When will that be? If it coincides with an positive announcement on the court case then I'm predicting a rapid rise in the short term to above 50c. It should be more. In the long term it will be.

In the meantime I'm happy to load up at these prices. Nick Smith has been beating the drum in the local community. The feathers will fly if F&B delay this any longer!
