Okay, I'm pretty illiterate about these things, but I thought shorting was selling shares you don't own. As I understand it, JP Morgan have just bought another 30 odd million shares and increased their voting rights by a couple of percent.
Sounds like someone has a positive vibe about OSH or oil (& gas maybe) in general???
