    He's just trying to cock-block anyone else taking a position and mopping up retail liquidity. $150K sound like a lot, but it's pennys in the larger play that's already been discussed. Plus he's buying at about the proposed return to shareholders so he gets it all back - just effectively a free insurance policy.
