That's fair. Whilst I don't mind them letting the results speak for themselves (and subsequently have fewer announcements), ignoring shareholders is unprofessional.
Showing up to their office sounds like a great idea. All too easy to ignore an email, much harder a face.
I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt (for a time), but not responding to shareholder queries?
