This confirms the fact that Valinor has been selling. A good 5m+ shares sold probably at a loss.

We first knew about this on 29 April. Just took management over 2 months to formally let us know. I wondering what is happening as I can't see any BTAs which would justify delayed announcements.

The fact a big holder wants out is a concern for all holders. You would think management would want to be quick to nullify any bad sentiment as a result of this announcement.

Have a good weekend. Technically this is looking OK. Again I continue to reduce my holdings. Losing faith very fast.
