the letter is dated July 8, 2016... which is today... so after receiving the doccument, the company took 0 days to update the market... the trading happened 4 months ago, i guess there is some kind of rule about the timeliness of updates from major share holders, maybe that can be your research project for the weekend?
as for the second question, do you honestly think everyone who buys and sells needs to also submit reasons for doing so? maybe they sold for tax reasons? maybe they sold to invest in other stocks? maybe they sold because they wanted money to go on a holiday? maybe they sold to gamble the money on Brexit? maybe they have inside information on the ultimate doom of LNG? funny, becuase they dont seem to have had the inside tip that it would charge up to $1.20 in June....
what more clarity do you want? thats full disclosure. if you need your mum to hold your hand and explain every little detail to you, then you're in the wrong game.
