probably won't spook the market as I think that's already happened (when people saw it surprisingly being knocked on the head over and over when most expected it to keep running giving the potential). If he's stopped then it might also lead to the sell pressure deporting. But it's hardly a vote of confidence to the market when a substantial feels they need to derisk at this market cap and at this point of the discovery. Bit weak really! But maybe they needed cash. Not all substantial holders have substantial money.
