It's interesting that FF and Tech haven't commented on this.
Anil is a very astute business man.
My take on it is that it isn't a knee jerk decision by Anil.
He has been working on this at least back in December when he converted options and then sold some to pay for the options.
Now he has sold some more of the shares at average of 64c that he converted to pay for the tax bill for this year.
Brilliant.
