Ann: Change in substantial holding - Mankar, page-111

if you look at the history of Mankar, the history show is has often moved shares, not sure of the reason but some looks like moving to family funds/super holding?
a little while back the threads were focus on large parcels traded, who was buying in, etc, directors selling etc, I didn't see mention of Mankar trading history which goes back a long while.
would be nice to know the reasons why, but of course they don't have to disclose a reason. .... just to say it was a good time to make a profit, and want funds to buy a house and pay a tax bill. ... maybe cashing in to buy options at better prices?? which i have seen directors do, but haven't checked the pricing there.
